Thomas Osborne

Digital image of photograph of Thomas Osborne, known as Tom, taken before the First World War. Tom was working as a gardener in Hertingfordbury and grew the orchid in his pocket himself. Tom was killed at Bethune on 10th April 1918. He served in the 251st Tunneling company, Royal Engineers throughout the war. He is buried at Loos.
