The Hertford Museum may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating the text of this page. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will exclude Hertford Museum’s liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
6. Availability of the Website
Although Hertford Museum aims to offer you the best service possible we make no promises that the Website will meet your requirements or be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to us and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
Access to the Website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. The Hertford Museum will attempt to restore the Website as soon as we reasonably can.
We may update and change the Website from time to time to reflect changes to our exhibitions and events amongst other things.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
11. General
If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Any failure of Hertford Museum to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms & Conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the subsequent exercise or enforcement or any such rights.
A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions will have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions but this will not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
